We have Hotel Hvide Falk, a centrally located hotel with an amazing view of Disko Bay, where our restaurant is placed with a panorama view of the Bay.
We have daily adventures both during summer and winter: Midnight Sailing on the Icefjord, kayaking amongst icebergs, hiking, boat tours to the Eqi Glacier, daily tours to Restaurant H8 Explorer in Oqaatsut, snowmobile excursions, snowshoe hikes, dogsledding and much more!
Albatros Arctic Circle has been operating in Greenland for many years and we all have one goal: To show everything Greenland has to offer. From the everchanging Ilulissat Icefjord, the calving Eqi Glacier, the enormous backcountry in Ilulissat, hiking trails, flora and fauna, the small settlement Oqaatsut north of Ilulissat, whales in their natural habitat, and kayaking soundless through the Disko Bay. To the fantastic food that Greenlandic nature provides; halibuts from Ilulissat Icefjord, shrimps from the Disko Bay, snow crabs from The Disko Island, musk ox from Kangerlussuaq.
In our Albatros Arctic Circle Shop by Hotel Hvide Falk in Ilulissat you will find various designs made in Greenland. Handmade ceramic cups and bowls from Nuuk, sea salt from Nuuk Fjorden, handmade tupilak, knitted headbands from Musk ox yarn, jewellery made by women of Ilulissat. Visit our cultural shop, and take a small piece of Greenland back home!In our blue house there is a reception and tour desk, where you can also book excursions, rent cross-country skis and snowshoeing.
