Sheep Farmer Festival is what most locals will call the event of the year.
The nearly 40 sheep farmers have made it through yet another demanding lambing month (May) and now it is time to celebrate a bit.
Events like lasso competitions and horseback riding mixed with the sale of delicious locally-raised lamb, beef and reindeer meat, not to mention gorgeous handmade crafts, make for an unforgettably fun weekend.
